Foundation Repairs for Trailer

 This mobile home was sinking.

The blocks were set on ground not compacted stone.

The skirting was becoming loose. 

The blocks were no longer supporting the trailer.

They were slowly sinking away from the home.

Eventually the trailer would collapse.

Trailer skirting can loosen.

The tracking no longer holds it in place.

It buckles and allows the wind under the home.

I made a custom supprt system that will not break free from the mobile home. 

The skirting does not rest freely in tracking.

Step Repairs/Replacement 

 Deterioration can be kept to a minimum if one cleans their wooden steps anually.

 The decking is made of composite wood 

The wood supporting the composite material is rotten and needs replaced.

Exterior wood repairs

These Bilco doors needed to be:  scraped, sanded, primed, and painted

A rust preventive primer was applied.

 Not all of the rust could be removed.  The use of rust inhibitors and converters remedied this problem.

 The same applies to iron handrails.

 Long strand fiberglass was used to repair holes eaten through the metal

Installation of new support columns

The home was jacked up.  Fresh holes were dug.

The holes were filled with 2A modified stone and compacted. 

The suports were moved over to set on the newly prepared bases.

The support height was corrected so that all were level.

Now the weight is evenly distributed.

The new skirting is UV resistant.

It will not come loose.

I put small decorative stone around the trailer.

 This prevents damage from weed whackers.

It also prevents mud splash-up

 Exterior wood repairs

Steel poles supports this bay.  The trim wood boxing it in has rotted.  A new box was been built around the pole.  It has been caulked in and painted.

This center support was also redone.

 Rustoleum Exterior Paint was used.
